"Some of my best memories on a softball field are when I was in travel ball. Travel ball was a time of growth, development, and really falling in love with this game. Although such a great time in my playing career, I wished that I was developed more off the field and better prepared for college and LIFE beyond the softball field. This is my motivation for forming and leading Watley Crew Softball.

 

​My goal is to create a total athlete/woman experience where athletes are not only developed and challenged on the field but off as well. My vision for the Watley Crew travel ball teams is one that incorporates a high-intensity, elite level of play while creating a competitive environment. Along with that, we will be providing international cultural experiences, giving back to local communities, and creating a space for professional development that will allow athletes to find interest off the field."
